L & A TESTING, COMPUTATION & CANVASSING AND ABSENTEE VOTING
NOVEMBER 30, 2021, GENERAL ELECTION RUN-OFF FOR TOWN OF PORTAL
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. & 21.2-379.6 (c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing on the voting equipment to be used in the November 30, 2021, Special Election in Bulloch County will be publicly performed in Board of Elections and Registrations office 115 North Main Street, in the basement, Statesboro, Georgia 30458. Testing on all equipment will take place on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, beginning at 10am and will continue from day to day until completed. Members of the public are invited to observe the preparation and testing of all equipment to be used. The election superintendent and registrar, clerk will conduct testing. Pursuant to O.C.G.A & 21.2.492 Computation, canvassing, and certification of election results will begin on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, unless otherwise posted and will continue from day to day until complete.
The absentee ballot by mail process will begin November 18, 2021, and end November 19, 2021. Advance Voting (in-person) will commence November 18, 2021, through November 24, 2021, from 8:00am-5:00pm, at the election’s office located at 113 North Main Street, Ste 201, Statesboro, Georgia 30458.
