The Bulloch County Board of Tax Assessors is required by Georgia State Law to send out an assessment notice informing taxpayers of valuation changes. Upon receiving the notice, a taxpayer has 45 days from the date on the notice to file a written appeal.
TIME IS IMPORTANT – LATE APPEALS ARE INVALID.
