Zoning approval is only required in the following situations:
The property’s zoning classification needs to be changed.
The intended use in the zoning classification required conditional use approval.
The project will require variances from zoning development standards.
If any of the three situations apply, zoning approval is required by the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or the Board of Commissioners. An application form and deadlines and applicable fees are listed below. Multiple zoning requests should be submitted simulateously in order to expedient the review process.
